Elan Valley Hotel

My partner and I enjoyed the most glorious food here from the supper menu. Everything is locally sourced. We had the most delicious homemade food we've had in a long time! Rachel was a great host, the dining room had a great ambience and the location as a whole was very impressive. Thank you so much for a meal we won't forget!

We had a wonderful time for a friend’s birthday meal. Food was delicious and service was warm and welcoming. Absolutely stunning place with every detail shining! We would 100% recommend. Looking forward to coming back and possibly staying so we can do the full experience (including tasting the fab wine list!) Thank you so much.

Had 2 lovely meals here while staying at the Campsite across the road. We had the Lamb and the Pork Belly, both were excellent. The restaurant is extremely well decorated and clean! The owner Rachel is a great host, very down to earth. Well priced for the quality! Cannot rate the rooms on here as we did not stay

What an amazing find! We came here for a birthday meal for our partners and it was incredible! The atmosphere was perfect, a small intimate room with not too many tables but alive with chatter and happy customers! The decor was very cool! We each had a main meal and a drink and it came to a very comfortable £106 for 4 of us which was more than reasonable. Each meal was delicious and the perfect amount to satisfy without being overly full. We all throughly enjoyed our meals and the service was excellent. We would definitely return if we were in the area again. I will certainly be recommending to all friends and family, thank you very much!

What an amazing place! We did an off-road experience weekend and this was the hotel used to stay in. The owners are super friendly and the absolutely fantastic people, all the staff friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable, the facilities are excellent and the evening meals and breakfast are to die for! Top marks all round! I have stumbled across this place through this bike experience. However, I would definitely return with the farm day as it's such a tranquil location, made easier by the owners and their staff. The decor is fantastic and you can really tell they do look after the place. One of the only hotels where I would leave my room unlocked as I felt I was in a family house.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in and what's more it's in a truly beautiful location. A very individual, stylish hotel, with interior design that truly has a wow factor, from high spec furnishings, a grand piano and separate snooker room, to a lovely garden, plus much more. Our room was spacious, well appointed and the super kingsize bed certainly lived up to its name! The dining experience was excellent in the again stylish dining room, and the breakfast was excellent also. You would have to travel a long way to match this hotel. We'll be back!

What a joy to experience, true 5 star experience in the heart of beautiful Elan Valley. The owners and staff are vibrant and attentive, food is best anywhere in Mid Wales. Total refurbishment is to a very high standard, around every turn and corner is another surprise to make the whole experience special. Nothing is too my trouble for Rachel & Lyn. The whole hotel exudes style and charm. Our room was fabulously appointed. The public spaces are dreamy and the food in the restaurant was faultless. The bar is well stocked and the wine list is wonderful. The welcome was warm and we felt well and truly looked after. Simply fantastic.
